Across digital platforms, video, print, and live environments, the work transformed McCain’s product education into a cohesive storytelling system. One that helped sales teams move quicker, communicate more clearly, and show up with confidence—no matter the audience or setting.
The Inspiration
McCain’s challenge wasn’t awareness—it was complexity. With a deep portfolio serving multiple segments, the work needed to help sales teams move faster, speak smarter, and tailor conversations without memorizing spec sheets.
McCain University
The McCain U Sales Portal was built as a working tool, not a content dump. We redesigned the experience around how sales teams actually operate—on the go, mid-conversation, and often under time pressure.
Professor Characters
For the digital out-of-home billboard above T-Mobile’s Las Vegas Legacy Store, the goal was clarity at scale. We stripped the environment back to bold color, graphic line work, and negative space so the products became the only “real” objects in the scene. By reducing visual noise and treating everything else as abstract or illustrative, the gateway and router read instantly—day or night, from across the street.
I even got to add in my voice over talents for a few characters! Can you guess which ones?
Information was reorganized into clean, scannable modules with clear hierarchy, visual signals, and quick entry points. Whether accessed on desktop, tablet, or mobile, the portal made it easy to find the right product, understand the benefit fast, and move the conversation forward without friction.
